MERGER IS COMPLETED

From the legal standpoint, the merger between Log Up TRent GmbH and SW.RENT GmbH to create ROCKBIRD GmbH was completed on June 2, 2020.

The company has a large fleet of high-quality commercial vehicles and construction machinery and offers recycling and industrial customers well-thought-out business solutions for their fleet management. The objective is to create a “digital solution for sustainable and vendor-independent fleet management” in the medium term.
