The origins of ROCKBIRD

How it all
started

The story of SW.RENT started back in 1999, followed by Log Up in 2002. Just like the founders of both firms, many of their staff had also previously worked in logistics in the waste disposal sector and were familiar with the problems and frequently complex challenges of recycling operations. This allowed them to offer outstanding long-term support to their customers with expert advice and individual solutions.

MORE THAN 20 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE SECTOR

With its holistic renting out of needs-optimized handling excavators, wheel loaders, roll-off tippers and more besides, SW.RENT became a fixture of the market, especially in the recycling and scrap recovery fields. The highest possible level of customer satisfaction was, and has always remained, the foremost objective.

At Log Up, a comprehensive and expertly maintained fleet of roll-off tippers, skip loaders, various trailers, wheel loaders, stacking trucks and many other vehicles has always been available for long- and short-term rental. With special constructions and innovative special structures, our own workshop, a mobile repair service for trucks, construction equipment and handling machines, a delivery and collection service for rental vehicles, straightforward order management and comprehensive fleet management, Log Up was for many years a strong and dependable partner for many satisfied customers.

Log Up and SW.RENT have now joined forces as ROCKBIRD and will continue to write these success stories together.

Efficient. Carefully considered. Powerful.
These are our core values.

WHY ROCKBIRD?

Together we are stronger: By pooling the resources and expertise of both original firms, managing directors Christian Kleiner and Andreas Lampprecht created a new and dependable partner for their customers. Allowing them to profit from even more experience and flexibility – and from an even larger fleet of commercial vehicles and construction equipment for recycling and industry.
Our processes, systems and services are continually optimized, so that we can offer you the best possible service at all times.
At our three sites – in Enkenbach-Alsenborn, Herrenberg in Germany and in Poland – the ROCKBIRD team is there for its customers with its own workshop and a large sales network.
